We are here to guide and help you with your data recovery.
Together we will make an intelligent, educated decision and decide if you want to recover your data and what method is best for your needs.
Understand you’re not alone and you’re not the first person this has happened to.

Levels of Hard Drive Recovery

These levels describe the complexities and sophistication required to get you access to your data, including hardware and logic failures.

File recovery Any repairs needed to directory or files if possible will be at the rate of $79.95 per hour bench time. This is when your hard drive is recognized by the system but you can’t access the files you want. Causes include mistakenly reformatted hard drives or deleted files, deleted, damaged or corrupt partition structures, and virus or spyware infections.

Drive Imaging $99.95-$249.95 If your drive simply needs imaged to a good drive from a bad drive.

Tier 1 recovery $249.95-499.95 This level of recovery includes your drive appearing to your computer as corrupt, incorrect drive size, or incorrect model numbers. BBDR uses special equipment to rewrite the drive’s firmware and recalibrate the drive so that the files can be recovered. No replacement parts needed.

Tier 2 Recovery $749.95-1999.95 This tier starts when you hear clicking, the platters aren’t spinning, the drive isn’t recognized by the computer, or any other unusual sounds. Part of the process requires work inside of a clean room to remove covers and seals to check heads for damage, clean platter surfaces or replace components on the printed control board (PCB). This level also includes imaging equipment to perform a sector-by-sector image while bypassing bad areas.

Tier 3 Recovery This level of recovery applies when extensive procedures are needed to be performed in a clean room. This includes replacing read heads, transplanting platters, and mounting/precisely aligning the parts. This level of work is needed for many reasons including but not limited to: a drive that has been dropped, head failure, excessive heat (fire), spindle motor seizures, or contamination by foreign materials (including water). Tier 3 recovery pricing starts at $999.95.

Tier 4 RAID Recovery starts at $1999.95. Individual or striped RAID volumes can be reconstructed by using specialized BBDR techniques and methods. If your RAID is no longer recognized of is in a failed state, this service is for you.
